The treacherous Sherry Palmer of 24 is resurfacing on the right side of the law in the fall.

Penny Johnson Jerald, who played the presidents wife on 24, is joining the ABC series Castle as a NYPD captain.

Castle returns with original episodes on Sept. 19.
