SBS refugee show delivers- again

Participants from SBS hit show Go Back To Where You Came From.

THE ratings smash Go Back To Where You Came From has continued to deliver for SBS with more than half a million viewers tuning in to watch a forum on the reality show.

Go Back To Where You Came From: The Response attracted 516,000 viewers in the five major capital cities, plus another 163,000 in regional areas.

The reality program, in which six Australians traced the footsteps of asylum seekers in reverse, broke SBSs ratings record for the year every night it screened last week.

It attracted 524,000 viewers for the first episode, 569,000 for the second and 600,000 for the final instalment across the five major Australian capital cities.

The Response program featured the six participants and their families as well as refugees who were involved in the program and members of the public who took part in online forums.

It was hosted by World News Australia presenter Anton Enus and was the 24th most watched program on Tuesday evening.

The ratings on Tuesday were once again topped by reality shows and televised competitions.

Tens cooking reality competition MasterChef topped the ratings with 1.688 million viewers.

It was followed by Sevens Australias Got Talent with 1.638 million and Nines renovation reality show The Block with 1.337 million.
