Kirk Norcross promises the upcoming third season of ‘The Only Way Is Essex’ will get ”dark” as the series documents his split with ex-girlfriend Lauren Pope. Kirk Norcross promises the third series of ‘The Only Way Is Essex’ will get “dark”.
The nightclub manager – who recently called time on his relationship with co-star Lauren Pope – explained the upcoming season will document the couple’s split, but he is worried how he will react if he sees the blonde beauty with another man.
He said: “‘TOWIE’ is about our lives, so it could get a bit dark on the show, but I don’t want to over-analyse anything. I know it’s me that ended it but if I see her with another guy it’s gonna kill me.
I’d let her do it and I would be happy for her, but inside it would kill me. I still love her. I want her to find someone else but I think it would kill any guy! I’ve just got to take it on the chin.

Despite Kirk having ended his relationship with Lauren – who is four years his senior – he thinks she deserves “someone better”.
He added to Star magazine: “It’s nothing to do with Lauren, I love her as much as I did when I first met her, but it just didn’t feel right anymore.
“She doesn’t deserve someone like me. She can do a lot better.”
